Eden Y. Sung practices in antitrust litigation, counseling clients through complex commercial disputes and governmental investigations. She regularly advises clients responding to Civil Investigative Demands and Second Requests, managing antitrust risk through pre-merger and merger considerations, and Consent Decree compliance. Eden also works with clients navigating multidistrict commercial, antitrust, and class action matters, representing clients at every stage of litigation, from dispositive motion practice to discovery, settlement, trial, and appeal.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Eden worked as an antitrust associate at a global law firm.

In addition to her antitrust practice, Eden maintains active pro bono representations spanning immigration law, veteran’s affairs, and child rights.

During law school, Eden interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. She also served as Chief Primary Editor of the Global Studies Law Review, and on the executive boards of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Public Service Advisory Board. She was an ABA National Moot Court Regional Finalist in 2019.
