Bob Gleisner has focused on OneNeck’s growth strategies and financial objectives since being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. Bob has been with Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., parent company of OneNeck, since 1991, most recently as the director of Shared Services and Corporate Accounting.
Bob has a broad base of financial skills and a diverse set of cross-functional expertise. During his nearly 30 years with TDS, Bob developed a strong track record as an accomplished leader.
Early in his career, Bob was appointed to the IT Senior Leadership team, by the CIO. He was responsible for providing financial input on key decisions, driving the annual budget and forecasting processes, generating key management reports and assisting with business case analyses.
Bob has been an instrumental member in a variety of functions, including IT project management services procurement, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management and operational strategy. Bob is a problem-solver known as a driver of initiatives from strategic IT security planning to process improvement. Bob holds an MBA with accounting emphasis from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with accounting emphasis from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
